The second transnational project meeting was held online again. Although it was a ZOOM-meeting the agenda was filled with many topics and interesting and lively discussions that day.
We started with a situation analysis to see where everyone stands with their tasks and what support is needed to be able to continue the work. Project controlling was on the agenda too to get an overview about the work done in the project and progress of the different intellectual outputs. We used the meeting to discuss the content of the white paper and to develop a common picture of the sustainability dimensions (social sustainability plus health sustainability, economic sustainability and environmental sustainability). Since there is still some different understanding on very crucial topics, the meeting offered to talk about the theme in the big plenum.
To recharge the batteries and to get to know each other better there have been several games too. Especially the hunting for a coocking spoon, their favorite book and a piece of clothing they never wear in their (home) office was great fun! Even the meeting was online, all participants had to pack their suitcases in a game. At least everyone is perfectly prepared for the next meeting, which will hopefully take place in person in September 2021 in Ostravá.
